The Story

Ours began with a simple question: what truly deserves to be celebrated?

For centuries, champagne has marked life's defining moments. It has welcomed new beginnings, honored achievements, and brought people together to celebrate success.

Yet behind every celebration lies a story that is rarely seen — a story of courage, sacrifice, perseverance, and the quiet determination to continue when the outcome remains uncertain. We believed those stories deserved to be celebrated just as much as the achievement itself.

That belief became Ballers.

We did not set out to create another champagne label. We set out to create a brand with purpose — rooted in authenticity, shaped by craftsmanship, and inspired by the belief that true luxury is not defined by status, but by the journey that makes achievement possible.

To bring that vision to life, we partnered with La Maison Penet, an independent family champagne house whose winemaking heritage spans more than four centuries. Together, we combine the timeless traditions of Grand Cru Champagne with a modern vision of what celebration can represent.

For generations, the Penet family has preserved the traditions, heritage, and savoir-faire that define the world's finest champagnes. More than a champagne house, La Maison Penet represents a legacy of passion, patience, and an unwavering dedication to quality.

Today, that legacy continues under the stewardship of Alexandre Penet, whose philosophy honors centuries of family tradition while embracing the precision and innovation required to craft remarkable champagne for a new generation. Every decision is guided by one principle: to preserve the purity of the fruit and allow the unique character of each vineyard to speak for itself.

The Vineyard

Where Greatness Takes Root

Ballers is crafted exclusively from grapes grown in the prestigious Grand Cru vineyards of Verzy and Verzenay, two of only seventeen villages in Champagne awarded the region's highest classification. Here, chalk-rich terroir, generations of dedication and meticulous vineyard stewardship come together to produce fruit of remarkable purity, balance, and character.

Across fifteen hectares of sustainably cultivated vineyards, every vine is carefully nurtured without chemical herbicides or insecticides, preserving biodiversity and allowing nature to express the full character of the land. Each harvest begins only when every grape has reached optimum maturity — picked entirely by hand and rigorously selected, ensuring only the finest fruit becomes Ballers Champagne.

The Method

From the very first press, only the purest and most expressive juice is selected to create Ballers Champagne, preserving the integrity, elegance and character of the fruit from the very beginning.

Our wines mature in historic chalk cellars beneath the Champagne region, where naturally cool temperatures and ideal humidity provide the perfect environment for slow, graceful aging. Every non-vintage cuvée is aged for a minimum of 24 months, while our Vintage collections mature for more than 10 years, allowing remarkable complexity, depth, and refinement to develop over time.

Traditional Méthode Champenoise remains at the heart of our philosophy. Every bottle is carefully riddled, aged, and finished with meticulous attention to detail, allowing each cuvée to fully express the purity of the vineyard and the unique character of its vintage.
